Information we collect

When you create an account and take part in a league, we collect:

• Account details — your name and email address.
• Contact details — your phone number, if you provide it, so opponents can coordinate matches.
• Play data — match results, scores, standings and your SET Level rating.
• Location — the general area you play in (for example your city or a court), if you choose to share it.
• Profile content — an optional photo, display name and bio you add yourself.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

How we use your information

• To run your league — build schedules, record results, and calculate standings and ratings.
• To let you and your opponents recognize and contact each other to arrange matches.
• To send you account, match and league updates.
• To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your name, results and standings are visible to other players in your league, because that is how a league works. We use trusted service providers to operate the app (for example hosting and authentication); they may process your data only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of players and the league.

If this ever changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and keep league records. We may retain limited records after deletion where required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your choices and deleting your account

You can review and update most of your profile information from within the app. To request access to your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and personal data, email us at hello@setpoint.one from the address on your account. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time. Note that removing your account may remove your name from historical standings and results.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
